Build and ship client-facing operational tools across React/TypeScript and Go services. Responsibilities include interface security, authentication and authorization, multi-tenant isolation, audit trails, event-driven systems, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic operations exposed through MCP. The role requires end-to-end ownership from product discovery through production, including containers, CI/CD, relational data modeling, testing, and observability. The engineer will work autonomously, prioritize client impact, and solve undefined problems in a regulated fintech environment.

Owns German investment tax mechanics, including daily capital gains tax, advance lump-sum tax, dividend tax reporting, exemptions, loss pots, church tax, deceased-account corrections, and annual tax certificates. Partners with Product and Engineering as a business analyst to translate German tax law into automated core banking logic, validate regulatory processes, manage exceptions, and support tax documentation and reporting.

Own the B2B sales cycle for financial institution clients, from needs discovery and consultative solution development through contract closing. Build client and industry relationships, develop sales materials, contribute to sales enablement and process improvement, and support seamless onboarding with implementation teams. The role focuses on investment, banking, wealth management, and API-based financial infrastructure products, particularly across the German market.
