Analyzes kiln, mill, crusher, conveyor, fan, and compressor performance; tracks value such as downtime reduction and cost avoidance; and assists with customer meetings, training, technical discussions, and platform adoption. Collaborates with customer success, consulting, and product teams to optimize industrial AI outcomes.
