Coordinate and maintain training cohort schedules, manage calendar invites and .ics files, prevent and resolve booking conflicts, ensure recordings are uploaded and organized, and serve as primary scheduling contact for trainers and clients.

Lead and coach multiple full‑stack engineering teams and Consultants in Training. Set technical direction for Capstone Projects, translate requirements into deliverables, drive architecture and system design, manage schedules and performance, and improve recruiting and delivery pipelines. Champion agile practices, quality, tooling, and continuous improvement while interfacing with clients and senior leadership to deliver enterprise-scale software and mentor consultants toward placement and career growth.

Coach, mentor, and train early-career software engineers; run lab sessions; support recruitment via technical interviews; guide project requirements, execution, and engineering best practices; assist Engineering Manager with planning, performance oversight, and integration of training materials and feedback.
