Leads Kimberley Alpine Team’s Alpine and Freestyle programming, including strategic planning, training delivery, safety, athlete support, coach recruitment, staff development, scheduling, logistics, compliance, and stakeholder relations. The role partners with the Board and external organizations, aligns programs with LTAD and governing-body standards, manages competitive-season operations, and represents the club at events and competitions.

Investigates and assesses child protection concerns, determines risk and appropriate intervention, identifies family needs and resources, and recommends opening or closing cases. The role may execute child removals, prepare court documentation, present evidence, develop service plans, stabilize cases, and transition families to case management. It requires extensive collaboration with families, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, legal professionals, government resources, and culturally specific community supports.

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to Corporate Services, including calendar and meeting coordination, briefing materials, confidential records, communications, stakeholder liaison, financial tracking, budget monitoring, procurement documentation, and operational planning. The role supports governance, audit readiness, committee initiatives, and process improvement while incorporating Kainai cultural values and protocols.
