Leads the development of KCSC’s Intergovernmental Relations office and operational framework. Builds relationships with Alberta Band Designates, Federal First Nation Representatives, Indigenous governments, and internal teams. Develops protocols, workflows, training, quality assurance measures, agreements, escalation processes, and performance metrics to support culturally safe, coordinated child and family services. Supervises the Intergovernmental Relations team and drives continuous improvement across jurisdictions.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Finance Manager and department, including filing, calls, meeting minutes, communications, travel arrangements, invoice and cheque processing, data entry, document organization, mail distribution, and courier coordination. Maintains confidentiality, supports financial recordkeeping and month-end activities, manages office supplies, and assists with finance-related projects.

Supports sales and production by managing project intake, entering orders, preparing truss material estimates and quotes, coordinating design and production teams, and communicating with customers. The role tracks projects from quote through delivery, maintains CRM and ERP records, follows up on opportunities, coordinates delivery details, and helps improve administrative workflows. It requires construction drawing literacy, strong organization, customer service, accuracy, and cross-functional communication.
