As an Advisor, serve as the primary financial advisor to clients, leading meetings to discuss performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations based on financial data.

Prepare and review business and individual tax returns for partnerships, S corps, C corps, and individuals. Produce tax workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules; perform accrual-to-cash and book-to-tax adjustments; analyze financial statements; resolve tax and accounting discrepancies; collaborate to meet client deadlines; and support tax planning and advisory projects as needed.

The Accountant role involves managing month-end closes, reviewing junior staff work, creating financial reports, and collaborating with clients.
