Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, pricing and packaging, customer communications, and adoption initiatives. Manage and develop one product marketer while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership. The role is hands-on and offers potential progression into broader marketing leadership.

Build and establish the company’s Sales Enablement function, including onboarding, ramp-up, continuous training, competency frameworks, and career paths for sales and customer success teams. Audit existing materials, create scalable enablement processes, and ensure Marketing and Product information reaches go-to-market teams effectively. The role partners with managers, People, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success while owning enablement standards and workflows using Gong, Notion, and Salesforce.
