The Enterprise Account Executive will grow UpSlide’s APAC business by prospecting, building enterprise sales pipelines, conducting discovery, presenting solutions, developing mutual action plans, and closing complex B2B technology deals. The role manages procurement, commercial, and legal processes; collaborates with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and leadership; contributes to Singapore market strategy; and engages senior executives across long-term strategic opportunities.

Manage multi-country HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, HR support, payroll preparation, and compliance documentation. Review expense reports, support Finance administration, maintain HR documentation, and contribute to process transformation projects. Serve as an operational contact for employees and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and international teams.

Own and evolve UpSlide’s Azure cloud platform with an SRE mindset, including reliability, governance, monitoring, incident response, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and repeatable test environments using Bicep infrastructure as code. Manage Datadog observability and improve developer enablement. Administer Windows 11, Intune, Microsoft 365, Autopilot, and identity/device security while automating support processes and maintaining operational documentation.
