Lead and scale Upshops Implementation organization to deliver enterprise SaaS deployments for retail customers. Build and mentor implementation teams, own methodology and delivery standards, manage complex integrations and technical architecture, drive operational excellence, and partner cross-functionally to ensure on-time, in-scope implementations and customer adoption.

The Account Executive will focus on acquiring new customers in the food retail and foodservice sectors, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and developing a thorough understanding of customer needs through a consultative approach.
