Responsibilities include data collection and validation, customer segmentation, dashboard development, performance reporting, campaign measurement, forecasting, trend and root-cause analysis, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, and partner teams while maintaining reporting accuracy and confidentiality.
