Teams at Upper New York Conference of the United Methodist Church

Researches grant opportunities, writes proposals and reports, tracks grant deadlines, ensures compliance, maintains grant records, stewards funder relationships, and gathers program data. Coordinates communications about funded ministries and provides grant-writing training to local churches, staff, and district leaders. Supports conference events, networks, and strategic initiatives while traveling extensively across the region. Requires strong writing, relationship-building, organizational, training, change-management, and United Methodist Church knowledge.
