Manage a portfolio of mission-driven clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build trusted relationships, advise clients on impact measurement and data practices, lead success planning and QBRs, coordinate implementations, and ensure platform adoption. Serve as the customer voice internally, support product roadmap feedback, communicate new features, facilitate client community connections, and manage multiple priorities using Salesforce, Slack, and Asana in a remote environment.

Design and implement full stack features, build and evolve APIs, and develop front-end experiences, while mentoring teammates and collaborating with product management.
