Provide HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle: advise employees/managers via ServiceNow/phone/chat, maintain Workday records, prepare HR documents and reports, cooperate with HR business partners and external providers, and participate in HR projects.

The role involves managing accounts receivable, credit risk, collections, and operational efficiency while enhancing cash flow and customer engagement. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and supports standardized processes and talent development.

Develop and optimize chemical, fuel, and refining processes with economic and sustainability focus. Model biorefinery processes, assess new installations and retrofits, support technology scale-up/scale-down, and collaborate with teams and partners across project phases.
