Manage and grow an assigned B2B customer portfolio by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, executing account plans, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with internal teams for customer support, monitoring profitability and receivables, and representing the company at events as needed.

Plan and execute container logistics and deliveries to ensure perfect order fulfillment. Manage product availability, optimize payloads safely, secure carrier capacity, monitor service provider performance, handle deviations and exceptions, and coordinate between Order Management, Production Planning, and Sales to deliver cost- and service-efficient logistics solutions.

Provide proactive executive support to the President and CEO, Board, and Group Leadership Team. Plan and coordinate meetings, workshops, travel, events, and materials; manage confidential communication flows; support digital tools and ensure efficient daily operations. Act as trusted partner driving priorities and decision-making processes.
