Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, architectures, and reusable data assets for sourcing BI, analytics, and AI. Translate business requirements into data models and technical specifications, integrate and transform raw data, optimize cloud solutions, implement data quality monitoring and access controls, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.

Build and support the target-state data platform, execute data governance processes, and lead data initiatives across business domains. Responsibilities include auditing MyAccess and Power BI environments, creating Power BI reports, modeling business entities and master data, coordinating cross-functional data communities, collaborating with commercial stakeholders, and running delivery sprints in DevOps using Scrum. The role also supports data architecture, platform development, and progressive project leadership.

Manage sales contracts, loading orders, shipment phytosanitary certificates, contract archiving, and third-party sales and purchase orders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support CRM implementation, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires strong organization, prioritization, independent work, teamwork, and fluent English, with Finnish beneficial. This is a hybrid position based in Wrocław, Poland.
