Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processing across EMEA, coordinating external payroll vendors and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant salary, tax, and social security payments. Perform reconciliations, audits, quality checks, and statutory reporting while partnering with Finance, HR, and People Operations. Handle employee payroll escalations, support accounting and year-end activities, and contribute to payroll process improvements and standardized digital frameworks.

Plans production runs and orders based on demand, inventory, materials, and capacity. Manages laminate stock, monitors delivery and inventory performance, identifies supply risks, maintains planning data, and coordinates with Operations and Procurement. Supports trials, samples, product transitions, and digital and AI improvements. Requires strong organization, analytical ability, Polish and English communication, Excel proficiency, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Plans production runs, schedules orders, manages laminate inventory, and balances demand, materials, capacity, delivery, and waste. Collaborates with Operations and Procurement, identifies supply risks, maintains planning data, tracks performance, supports product trials and transitions, and leads cross-functional improvement initiatives. The role also promotes digital and AI-enabled planning improvements, supports fellow planners, and contributes to material flow across the factory and Europe.
