Supports recruitment activities by publishing job advertisements, handling applicant inquiries, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, collecting personal data, assisting with hiring tasks, supporting managers, and maintaining accurate recruitment records in Workday. The role requires fluent Finnish and English, strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability, and interest in developing an HR career within a global organization.

Lead end-to-end indirect sourcing projects (with IT focus) using RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and e-auctions; develop sourcing strategies, negotiate and manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, drive digital procurement adoption, and support stakeholder decision-making to deliver cost optimization and procurement excellence.

Analyze procurement, inventory, supplier, ERP, and demand data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools; maintain accurate data from multiple systems; support raw-material planning, supplier performance, KPI reporting, and S&OP reviews. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders while contributing to inventory optimization, reporting automation, process efficiency, data governance, and continuous improvement.
