Lead month-end close and financial reporting for complex small-business clients using QuickBooks Online and proprietary systems. Prepare advanced journal entries, manage job costing, inventory, class/location reporting, troubleshoot integrations, build SOPs and workflows, mentor and review junior staff, and lead client relationships and escalations.

Perform catch-up and cleanup bookkeeping for new clients: redesign charts of accounts, reclassify transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare year-end workpapers, troubleshoot QuickBooks Online and apps, and communicate with clients to transition them into ongoing services.

The Accounting Specialist will manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple clients, ensuring accurate financials, reconciliations, and timely month-end closings using QuickBooks Online.

As an Onboarding Accounting Specialist, you'll assist new clients in setting up their accounts, manage onboarding timelines, and provide troubleshooting support while ensuring client needs are met accurately and efficiently.
