Own end-to-end product design for healthcare AI products, from ideation and discovery through prototyping, validation, and launch. Build and maintain the design system, make hands-on production UI/UX changes, collaborate with product, engineering, founders, and clinical stakeholders, and validate workflows with clinicians, hospital staff, and patients. Ensure usability, accessibility, design quality, and compliance with regulated Class IIa medical device requirements.

Lead and scale People operations: build HR systems, ensure compliance, own payroll/benefits/HRIS, design performance and career frameworks, run full-cycle hiring, and manage employee relations and onboarding.

As Implementation Lead, you will manage the deployment of solutions in healthcare organizations, oversee project leadership, and ensure value delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.
