Lead and scale a US SDR team to generate qualified pipeline by coaching SDRs, owning performance metrics and dashboards, designing onboarding, aligning with Marketing and Sales, executing creative outbound/inbound prospecting, and implementing AI-powered tools, CRM processes, and playbooks to improve efficiency and pipeline quality.

Serve as the primary technical/product expert for account management to drive renewals and expansion. Lead trials/POCs, architect solutions, respond to technical support/RFP/security assessment requests, and partner with sales and CS teams to improve trial experiences and influence customer requirements.
