Teams at Upflow

Own a portfolio of US accounts from onboarding handoff through renewal and expansion. Monitor account health, manage retention and revenue targets, conduct QBRs, develop strategic account plans, build executive champions, and identify upsell opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM data and customer metrics, advise customers on product usage, communicate risks, provide product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes and internal processes.

Lead end-to-end product design for Upflow’s B2B cash collection platform. Responsibilities include creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals; conducting user research and usability testing; owning the design system; contributing to product strategy; and collaborating with engineering, product, and marketing teams. The role focuses on delivering consumer-grade experiences for finance teams and shipping high-impact work across complex workflows.
