Teams at Upbound

Own and grow a portfolio of global enterprise accounts post-sale, driving net revenue retention and expansion. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, lead renewals/upsells, drive platform adoption, surface product feedback, manage risk and forecasting, and represent the company at reviews and events while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Partner with Sales AEs across EMEA to lead technical pre-sales: create demos, define PoCs, design Crossplane and Upbound Cloud architectures, collect requirements, troubleshoot, and project-manage pre/post-sale implementations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will build and operate Upbound Spaces, resolve issues in SaaS environments, develop features, support project lifecycles, manage Kubernetes services, and enhance operational tools.
