Own enterprise sales across EMEA for UP42’s Earth observation platform, targeting large organizations in energy, finance, insurance, and infrastructure. Build strategic pipelines, close complex high-value deals, achieve quota, and maintain accurate forecasts. Serve as a player-coach by mentoring Sales Managers, improving deal quality and progression, and strengthening enterprise selling practices as the go-to-market organization matures.

Designs complex, data-rich product experiences from concept through delivery in partnership with product managers and engineers. Responsibilities include interaction and visual design, user research, usability testing, workflow design, scoping features, contributing components to the design system, presenting work cross-functionally, and iterating based on feedback. The role focuses on enterprise geospatial products and requires strong ownership, communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
