Lead and manage UP42's IT infrastructure and Identity Provider architecture, oversee Apple-focused MDM, enforce endpoint and identity security for SOC 2 compliance, run strategic IT projects, mentor junior IT staff, govern SaaS lifecycle and vendors, manage IT tooling budget, and partner cross-functionally to streamline internal processes.

Perform outbound and inbound lead generation and qualification for UP42's geospatial platform. Manage follow-ups across channels, collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account strategies, articulate platform value and geospatial datasets to vertical customers, and improve internal sales processes to drive pipeline growth.

Manage customer portfolios and ensure long-term retention by onboarding, training, and supporting customers; coordinate multi-sensor tasking and orders across providers; develop success plans, identify growth and renewal opportunities, run health checks, and improve internal customer success processes.
