Teams at UP Education

Leads end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects and multi-stream initiatives, managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, dependencies, governance, risks, issues, and change. Coordinates cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams while engaging senior stakeholders, supporting operational readiness, and driving successful adoption. Requires experience with business applications, integrations, data migration, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, plus project management certification.

Coordinate and support delivery of Community Services courses, guide academic staff, monitor student progress, enhance curriculum, and oversee academic quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with students, internal teams, regulators, and industry stakeholders, along with analysis of course performance data and support for teaching excellence and student outcomes.

Supports lecturers and postgraduate students through classroom preparation, tutorial facilitation, lab sessions, academic and technical guidance, grading assistance, assessment coordination, online platform setup, and student engagement. The role also helps maintain academic standards, identifies students needing additional support, and contributes to an inclusive learning environment.
