Collaborate with academics and placement teams to meet accreditation and compliance, monitor placement quality, resolve issues, maintain records, and strengthen the institution's reputation with stakeholders.

Maintain and improve people data, reports and dashboards; investigate and fix data issues; build workflow automations and system integrations using Microsoft Power Platform; map and improve HR processes; support compliance and audit reporting and prepare workforce data for business integrations.

Manage relationships with graduates and employers to capture employment outcomes, maintain outcome records, analyse and report trends, improve tracking processes, and support quality assurance and organisational reporting.
