Lead and coordinate user acceptance and functional testing for retail banking applications. Plan and execute test cases, manage defects, support operational readiness and post-implementation checks, assist with test automation, and contribute to process improvements and production issue analysis.

Lead implementation and enhancement of AML/CFT transaction monitoring systems across the Group. Act as SME for TM solutions, gather and document requirements, drive end-to-end projects, coordinate UAT, optimize alerting via statistical tuning, deploy analytics/AI/ML and RPA, manage stakeholders, provide training, and ensure regulatory and audit readiness.

Develop, own and maintain AML/CFT and sanctions policies, procedures and training. Advise 1st and 1.5 line stakeholders on control design and execution, oversee compliance with policies, assess control effectiveness, and report findings to senior management.
