Teams at UOB

Manage bank-wide market risk exposures, policies, methodologies, limits, stress testing, scenario analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Analyze risks across asset classes and complex financial products, advise on new transactions, collaborate with front and back office teams, and support risk systems, model validation, and data quality improvements. Present findings to senior management, committees, and regulators while mentoring junior staff and monitoring market and regulatory developments.

Reviews customer profiles, purchased products, and financial planning records; conducts recorded calls to confirm advisory details, risks, and product information; documents call outcomes; and escalates customer concerns to sales teams. Requires strong customer communication, investment and insurance product knowledge, needs-analysis familiarity, Excel proficiency, and flexibility for extended or staggered hours.

Supports UOB Vietnam by contacting assigned leads using bank-approved scripts, providing basic bank information, managing databases and records, preparing and monitoring documents, coordinating meetings and appointments, participating in networking events, and completing mentor-assigned tasks. The role requires a final-year student with university documentation, confidence, ambition, strong communication skills, and fluent Vietnamese and English communication.
