Supports sales reporting, account and card status updates, callbacks, voice confirmations, archival maintenance, and office administration across workplace and wealth banking. Requires accuracy, organization, customer service, communication, stakeholder management, and strong compliance awareness.

Leads the strategy and delivery of business analytics and insights across the bank. Oversees data scientists, analysts, and reporting specialists; manages analytics initiatives from data processing through deployment; promotes machine learning and AI adoption; establishes data governance; translates findings into executive recommendations; and drives data-informed business, risk, customer experience, and investment decisions.

Lead integrated marketing communications, social media, content and events to drive customer engagement and business growth. Oversee customer insights, market intelligence, performance dashboards, stakeholder engagement, budgets and agency relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning marketing with strategic business objectives.
