Lead end-to-end compliance system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, release management, and post-implementation support. Drive change management, UAT, threshold tuning, scenario calibration, statistical analysis, and alert optimization for AML and financial crime compliance systems. Serve as a compliance systems subject matter expert for regulatory and audit matters while partnering with Compliance, Technology, Business, Operations, and vendors.

Manage affluent and privilege banking client relationships, grow branch portfolios, promote banking and investment products, maximize revenue, deepen existing relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce attrition and operational losses. The role also supports promotional activities and refers customers to appropriate banking areas. A license to sell securities and related investment products is required.
