Provide operational support for the Law Department by managing litigation intake, opening/closing files, administering legal holds and eDiscovery, maintaining NetDocuments, coordinating settlements and subpoenas, supporting legal triage and Legal Tracker inboxes, and distributing claim files to outside counsel.

Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial insight to senior stakeholders. Lead budgeting, forecasting, MI and KPI reporting, evaluate investments and transformation programmes, challenge spend, identify cost optimisation opportunities, and coach junior finance staff to drive performance and value-for-money decisions.
