Provide business-focused legal advice to Unum's Investments team on complex investment transactions (private placements, CLOs, derivatives, commercial mortgages, public bonds, tax credits), lead structuring and negotiations, draft and manage documentation, advise on regulatory/compliance matters, manage outside counsel, develop workflows and training, and partner with senior stakeholders to support enterprise investment objectives.

Entry-level finance apprenticeship supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A. Assist with analysis, finance systems and Excel reporting, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and study towards a Level 7 apprenticeship and ACCA/CIMA qualification over a 36-month programme.

Lead design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and models for CX analytics. Integrate structured and unstructured sources (DB2, SQL Server, Teradata, Web APIs), enable AI/LLM workflows, define data engineering standards, mentor engineers, and partner with data scientists and BI to deliver reliable analytics and automation.
