The Design Engineer will create and launch digital product surfaces for trading and blockchain applications, collaborating with teams to translate concepts into user-friendly experiences and iterate rapidly.

Lead and build Unto Labs' legal function: advise founders on regulatory compliance (U.S. and international), corporate governance, commercial transactions, IP and open-source issues, disputes, and entity structuring. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage regulators and outside counsel, create scalable compliance processes, and support product launch and tokenomics strategy.

Design and implement low-level, high-performance components for a base-layer blockchain. Optimize systems for throughput and latency, build and maintain APIs/SDKs, benchmark and profile CPU/I/O/network, automate provisioning and CI/CD, and collaborate on cryptography, networking, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
