Work with founders to build and run the end-to-end go-to-market motion for a technical enterprise product: outbound/inbound, discovery, technical POCs, pricing, procurement, and closing. Run GTM experiments, refine messaging and qualification, feed customer learnings into product and positioning, and help create repeatable processes to scale the GTM organization.

Lead research and translate models into production-ready document AI systems. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle (research, experimentation, training, evaluation, deployment), build data pipelines, optimize inference and serving, and collaborate with engineering and founders to shape product and engineering strategy.

Own and build core backend and infrastructure for document intelligence and VLM workflows. Architect, deploy, and scale high-throughput, low-latency production systems; manage deployments, monitoring, reliability, CI/CD, and enterprise cloud/on-prem environments. Turn research prototypes into production and support enterprise deployments.
