Provide clinical leadership as a BCBA overseeing assessment and intervention for children with autism, supervise and train RBT/BCaBA/BCBA staff, manage caseloads, ensure program fidelity, maintain billing accuracy, and support a positive workplace while performing physical duties and crisis intervention as needed.

Provide clinical leadership as a BCBA: design and oversee ABA assessments and interventions, supervise and train RBT/BCaBA/BCBA staff, manage caseloads and billing accuracy, maintain center presence and positive culture, perform crisis intervention and related physical duties, and collaborate with families to implement behavior plans.

Provide ABA therapy and implement behavior intervention plans; assist with assessments, data collection, graphing, documentation, billing, and timekeeping. Train, mentor, and support therapists and parents; monitor treatment fidelity, staff performance, and coverage; manage crisis interventions and ensure HIPAA compliance and safety.
