Leads People Operations across compensation, benefits, HRIS/PEO administration, compliance, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, engagement, and culture. Advises employees and managers on sensitive HR matters, oversees multi-state employment compliance, manages one HR team member, and partners with executives on people strategy. The role requires strong HR analytics, compensation expertise, trusted relationship-building, discretion, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing organization.

Manage a small team, partner with Talent Acquisition and executives, run compensation analyses and the Common Review Process, and ensure multi-state legal compliance while driving culture and engagement.
