Own merchant integrations from signed contract through first live transaction. Diagnose API, webhook, authentication, configuration, and transaction issues by reading logs, tracing requests, reproducing problems, and querying production data. Collaborate with merchants and engineering teams, write code and tooling, fix platform bugs, build integration features, and document recurring solutions. Provide occasional technical pre-sales support. The role is on-site in Belgrade and requires strong Java, debugging, API integration, SQL, and technical communication skills.

Lead Unlimit’s commercial growth in the US by owning go-to-market strategy, expanding enterprise and high-growth accounts, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across fintech and cross-border payments. The role requires developing complex API-driven product sales, scaling teams, managing major deals, and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations in a global organization.

Lead Brazil’s AML, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, and regulatory compliance program. Serve as the responsible PLD/FT manager and primary liaison with COAF, BACEN, auditors, and payment partners. Oversee regulatory reporting, suspicious transaction reporting, transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB onboarding, policy development, audits, inspections, risk assessments, and employee training. Ensure compliance with Brazilian financial regulations while advising executives and operational teams on financial crime prevention.
