Manage full-cycle technical talent acquisition across multiple regions, including sourcing, executive search, screening, interviewing, pipeline management, candidate communication, stakeholder partnership, job postings, and recruitment metrics reporting. The role focuses on attracting high-caliber fintech talent, maintaining a positive candidate experience, and meeting hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Own the back-office product and its lifecycle, including reconciliation, settlement, payouts, wallets, ledgers, roadmap, requirements, UAT, releases, incidents, and operational controls. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Support, and Audit to maintain financial accuracy, regulatory readiness, documentation, and user training. Investigate discrepancies using SQL and payment data, improve automation, and ensure integrity across multi-currency payment flows.

Monitor fiat and crypto transactions, investigate alerts and suspicious activity, perform payment and ledger reconciliation, manage liquidity and exceptions, triage incidents, support refunds and fund recovery, maintain operational procedures, and produce reporting for Finance and Treasury. The role also coordinates with banking, PSP, exchange, and blockchain partners while improving controls and automating manual processes.
