Handles inbound and outbound customer calls in English and Spanish, resolves inquiries and complaints, records interactions, collaborates on escalations, and promotes products and services through upselling and cross-selling. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, basic CRM and Microsoft Office skills, an active Property & Casualty license, and reliable transportation.

Provides hands-on HR support to employees, managers, and leadership across Texas. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding, compliance, records maintenance, leave and workers’ compensation support, training coordination, engagement initiatives, reporting, and HR process improvement. Requires strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, organizational skills, and fluent English and Spanish bilingual ability.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, recurring reporting, and business performance management. Analyzes revenue, expenses, profitability, headcount, and operational metrics; builds scenarios and sensitivity analyses; and translates financial data into recommendations. Partners with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to validate information, support initiatives, improve reporting processes, automate recurring work, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
