Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, recurring reporting, and business performance management. Partners with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and leadership to validate information, support initiatives, improve reporting processes, automate recurring work, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Process first notices of loss involving motor vehicle accidents, theft, and related incidents. Provide compassionate, empathetic customer service to callers, address inquiries, maintain accurate and organized claim information, and collaborate with team members to handle claims promptly. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Owns full-funnel marketing strategy, activation, budgeting, and performance for Univista Insurance’s Orlando market. The role develops localized campaigns across digital and traditional channels, leads community marketing and vendor relationships, tracks leads, quotes, sales, CPL, CAC, and ROI, and reports results to the CMO. It partners with sales, operations, stores, call centers, franchise teams, compliance, and legal to connect marketing investment to measurable growth. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and experienced in Hispanic consumer, local-market, and regulated-industry marketing.
