Certified teacher with a minimum of five years' classroom experience who designs and delivers targeted reading and math interventions, conducts diagnostic and state-mandated screenings, writes reports, collaborates with teachers, parents, and support staff, and coordinates evaluations and meetings to support student learning and placement.

Performs educational assessments to identify learning disorders and eligibility for special education; conducts case-study evaluations, participates in IEP and 504 meetings, collaborates with teachers and families to design interventions and accommodations, monitors evaluations, and supports student attendance and program implementation.

Support the Director of Innovation and Strategy to coordinate instructional programs, lead in-person events at the Lynx Den, provide direct student instruction and tutoring, collect and use data for strategic decisions, manage A/V live production and broadcasts, train staff, lead professional development, and support district initiatives with occasional travel and flexible hours.

Provide technical support and training for staff and teachers, manage Canvas and enrollment tasks, assist with state testing technology, maintain knowledge base, handle support tickets and vendor communication, run ID badge rollout, manipulate data in Google Sheets/Excel, and lead technology-related professional development and onboarding.

Develops and manages a K-12 esports program: recruiting, coaching, coordinating practices, competitions and events; supervising students; maintaining equipment and facilities; teaching digital citizenship and cybersecurity awareness; partnering with stakeholders and analyzing program metrics.
