Supports the design, modification, deployment, and open-water testing of marine energy devices, including tidal turbines. Develops instrumentation and data acquisition strategies, troubleshoots field systems, validates models, prepares technical documentation and test plans, supports IEC/ISO accreditation, and collaborates with universities, national laboratories, sponsors, and industry partners on marine energy R&D projects.
