Supervise Early Head Start staff and classrooms while ensuring compliance with Head Start and NYCDOHMH standards. Oversee services for children with special needs, staff training, developmental assessments, family goal planning, parent-child guidance, documentation, program evaluation, and community assessment. Provide infant and toddler development expertise to staff and families and support high-quality child development programming.

Provides community-based violence intervention for the Crisis Management System in Brooklyn. Responsibilities include identifying violence hotspots, canvassing neighborhoods, building relationships with high-risk youth, mediating conflicts, supporting shooting responses, documenting activities, entering data, and collaborating with supervisors and clinicians. The role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability and focuses on preventing gun violence and retaliation among youth and young adults.

Leads University Settlement’s individual giving and events strategy, including the annual gala, corporate partnerships, donor cultivation, stewardship, peer-to-peer fundraising, and smaller fundraising events. Manages donor and corporate partner portfolios, supports major donor engagement, and supervises the Events Coordinator. Responsibilities include sponsorship and ticket sales, relationship management, event execution, impact reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires evening and weekend event attendance.
