Supervise and manage cohorts of school-age children after school, lead activities that build social skills and community, maintain safe and clean environments, monitor outdoor play, use conflict resolution and team communication, and support equitable, inclusive programming.

Perform daily grounds care at the River Campus including mowing, trimming, leaf/debris removal, sports field lining, basic irrigation repair, chemical application support, equipment maintenance, light construction and restroom cleaning. Operate heavy equipment and assist operations staff; work Monday–Saturday with occasional after-hours duties.

Provide leadership and direct support for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; liaison to parent and student groups; support student clubs; develop and implement programs for students, faculty, and parents; assist with faculty recruitment and retention; manage office systems, scheduling, communications, and departmental transactions; report to the Director and perform other duties as assigned.
