Perform full-cycle corporate accounting for multiple entities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, depreciation, payroll, credit cards, and accounts payable. Support treasury activities, compliance processes, vendor account activation, corporate fee collections, and fraud prevention monitoring. Review property management agreements, identify process improvements, and help increase accounting efficiencies.

Own revenue management and operational performance across a student housing portfolio. Develop pricing, occupancy, leasing, and revenue forecasts; validate property-level strategies; monitor competitive markets and operational KPIs; and present performance recommendations to leadership and clients. Lead reporting accuracy, data integrity, corrective actions, and analytical team development while periodically traveling for asset and market tours.
