Manages complex financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, procurement cards, travel reimbursements, deposits, reconciliations, audits, budgets, and NCAA/EADA reporting for a university athletics department. Advises staff on financial policies, assigns funding codes, monitors internal controls, coordinates vendors and equipment purchasing, supports travel administration, and provides financial guidance to leadership. Oversees student staff and contributes to administrative operations, compliance, reporting, and onboarding processes.

Provides immigration advising and compliance services to international students and scholars. Issues F-1/F-2 and J-1/J-2 documents through SEVIS, manages federal reporting, coordinates employment authorizations and arrival reporting, and advises students on visa and status matters. Develops international student programming, workshops, communications, and resource materials while collaborating with university departments and community stakeholders.

Advises graduate business students on programs, degree requirements, academic policies, and career-related options. Supports retention and completion through degree-progress monitoring, engagement initiatives, mentoring programs, orientations, workshops, and outreach. Collaborates with faculty, alumni, industry partners, and staff on admissions, program changes, recruitment, and student-success initiatives. Uses CRM and institutional data to assess recruitment and engagement outcomes, maintains confidential records, and recommends process improvements.
