Provide advising, academic support, outreach, and STEM programming for up to 60 high-school participants. Coordinate recruitment, workshops, tutoring, summer programs, college visits, data tracking, and federal TRIO compliance.

Develop, maintain, and optimize college web sites and web applications. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and technical teams to design responsive, accessible sites, manage content, resolve issues, and lead small projects and student staff. Ensure adherence to branding, W3C and accessibility standards, and contribute to web governance and technical planning.

Manage and supervise First-Year Bridge academic advisors; provide holistic academic advising, maintain student records per FERPA, develop advising events, participate in orientation and campus advising community, and support student retention and success initiatives.
