Coordinates academic services for undergraduate and graduate engineering programs, including student advising, academic integrity, scheduling, admissions, recruitment, events, communications, data management, wellness referrals, and administrative support. Serves as a liaison among students, faculty, department leadership, and university services while managing sensitive information, supporting special projects, and contributing to student-centered service improvements.

Provides frontline support to undergraduate students, interpreting academic policies and resolving enrollment, transfer, and course-related issues. Coordinates timetabling, admissions, examinations, teaching assistants, evaluations, events, and student records. Prepares reports, supports instructors and committees, manages office workflows, coordinates travel and purchasing, and maintains communications and supplies. The role also leads projects, provides crisis referrals, trains staff, and liaises with faculty and university departments.

Provides executive-level administrative support to the Department Chair, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting preparation, confidential records, faculty appointment and promotion processes, committee coordination, events, financial reimbursements, and departmental operations. The role supervises a Department Assistant, maintains faculty and committee records, supports policy compliance, coordinates recruitment and immigration processes, and assists with reports, statistical analysis, purchasing, and process improvements.
