Responsibilities include learning the existing codebase, developing features, refactoring for readability, maintainability, and performance, applying object-oriented design, and coordinating with student developers. The role requires foundational programming knowledge and the ability to understand and extend code written by others. Unity, C#, AR/VR, and graphic design experience are preferred.

Supports UVA student founders through advising sessions, mentor and advisor coordination, resource connections, communications, event assistance, documentation, outreach, and special projects. The role offers hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship and consulting while requiring initiative, strong interpersonal skills, independent work, and customer-facing communication. This is an in-person, flexible Federal Work-Study internship for current UVA undergraduate students, scheduled 10–20 hours weekly with occasional evening or weekend events.
