Provides advanced administrative and program support for a university health department. Manages strategic employee benefits portfolios across health and welfare or retirement and financial wellness programs. Evaluates plan effectiveness, vendor performance, employee experience, costs, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Develops program designs, policies, recommendations, implementation plans, and communications while coordinating vendors, consultants, Shared Services, HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders. Leads benefits projects, governance, open enrollment strategy, plan improvements, and cross-functional change initiatives.
