Senior IT Systems Engineer providing technical leadership for university infrastructure: operational support, project delivery and maintenance of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, Microsoft 365 and telephony. Lead migrations to Azure and Teams (Direct Routing), Windows server upgrades, and automation using Power Automate, Ansible and DevOps tooling. Ensure operational acceptance of new services and sustain high-performance teaching and research systems.

Provide technical expertise for the university's end-user computing environment: package, deploy, upgrade and repair applications; evaluate and deliver endpoint solutions; and assist in designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-quality end-user systems using tools like SCCM, Jamf Pro and AppsAnywhere.

Provide specialist HR systems support for iTrent HR/Payroll, deliver user support, contribute to systems development and configuration, produce staffing data and analyses, and lead short-term projects and testing for system changes.
