Lead HR business-readiness communications for compliance projects: design and deliver communication and readiness plans, create multi-channel content and guidance, translate regulatory requirements into actionable messaging, use data insights to measure and refine engagement, and work with HR leaders and project teams to embed compliant practices.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Deputy Registrars: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare correspondence/reports/presentations, act as central contact, maintain records and administrative systems, and support stakeholder engagement and workflow priorities.

Provide day-to-day research administration support across the Faculty of Medicine and Health: data entry, record keeping, web content and researcher profile updates, collecting and reporting publications, assisting with internal grants/awards administration, and coordinating events, workshops and internal communications while working collaboratively across teams.
