Students gain work experience while earning educational assistance funds and may participate in community service. Applicants must communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, work flexible schedules, build positive relationships, maintain a cumulative USA GPA of at least 3.0, remain in good academic standing, and not be first-term students. Positions are not guaranteed and may require faculty recommendations.

Advises prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process, explains academic programs and requirements, evaluates transcripts and applicant qualifications, and follows up through phone, email, and videoconferencing. Builds relationships, maintains application records, collaborates with university departments, ensures FERPA and enrollment compliance, and supports a positive student experience. The role also involves outbound and inbound lead activity, recruiting students, meeting performance expectations, and limited travel.

Leads administration and delivery of a Doctor of Physical Therapy flex program. Oversees faculty, staff, students, clinical education, curriculum consistency, recruitment, training, budgets, student issues, outcomes data, and program operations. Teaches remotely and on campus, supports scholarship and marketing activities, collaborates with university departments, and may travel to other campuses or off-site events.
