Provide administrative support to Clinical Placement Coordinators by scheduling placements, maintaining placement databases and records, onboarding students and faculty, monitoring compliance (immunizations, background checks), managing health records with HIPAA/FERPA awareness, organizing meetings and trainings, and preparing reports and correspondence to support the nursing program.

Oversee ticket operations, sales, and staff for USF Athletics: manage ticketing systems and distributions, financial reporting, game-day operations, customer service, vendor relationships, and assist in sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

Provide individual and group college and career advising to Upward Bound high school students, manage college admissions support, develop Individual Learning Plans, track academic progress, coordinate outreach and recruitment, chaperone college visits, support tutoring and college/career events, and maintain relationships with families, school staff, and community partners.
