Coordinates and leads perioperative team activities to ensure safe, efficient surgical patient care and flow. Communicates scheduling changes, facilitates surgeon-staff collaboration, supports training, interprets protocols and policies, implements performance improvement initiatives, and liaises with sterile processing and supply chain. Requires rotating 10-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage.

Coordinates evaluation, preparation, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies, including CAR-T. Provides education, symptom-management triage, donor-process coordination, and continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Serves as a clinical resource for patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams while managing complex clinical and logistical workflows.

Provide direct pediatric hematology/oncology nursing in an outpatient clinic: chemo and blood product administration, fever/neutropenia and pain crisis management, telephone triage, family education, quality improvement, and collaboration with infusion services. May serve as charge nurse or preceptor.
