Provides direct post-anesthesia care to postoperative surgical and procedural patients under Nurse Manager supervision. Builds nursing competency, supports peers, and contributes to unit activities and care delivery improvements. Participates in a perioperative collaborative onboarding program while working with multidisciplinary surgical, procedural, and anesthesia teams across diverse specialties. The position offers full-time rotating 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling.

Provides direct nursing care to high-risk antepartum and postpartum patients with medically or obstetrically complicated pregnancies. Collaborates with physicians, nurse midwives, and social workers; prioritizes care, solves problems, supports peers, and contributes to unit activities. Nurses receive training across OB service competencies and may float among units based on patient volume and acuity. The role includes rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities.

Coordinates evaluation, preparation, treatment planning, and long-term follow-up for patients undergoing stem cell transplantation and cellular therapies, including CAR-T. Provides education, symptom-management triage, donor-process coordination, and continuity of care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Serves as a clinical resource for patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams while managing complex clinical and logistical workflows.
