Provides transactional accounting support, including cash disbursements, scholarship payments, accounts payable, vendor records, reconciliations, budget reporting, tax and annual compliance reporting, and maintenance of financial records. Responds to accounting service requests, supports audits and month-end activities, assists with special entities and process improvement projects, and serves internal and external stakeholders.

Designs and builds Salesforce data structures, metadata, flows, security configurations, and scalable automations. Supports NetSuite workflow automation, Salesforce backup coverage, data quality validation, and warehouse integration. Documents technical solutions, follows GitHub and release-management standards, collaborates with data and software engineering teams, and translates business requirements into maintainable platform implementations.

Performs general accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, gift and fund accounting, payroll and benefits accounting, trust accounting, financial reporting, compliance reporting, and audit and tax support. The role investigates discrepancies, maintains internal controls, responds to stakeholder inquiries, supports accounting systems and process improvements, documents procedures, and contributes to special projects and cross-training.
