Supports daily Testing Center operations for students with accommodations, reviews documentation, communicates with students and faculty, supervises student employees, maintains confidential records and data tracking, coordinates exam logistics, and helps ensure accommodations are implemented correctly. This temporary, on-call role requires 20–25 hours weekly, including afternoons, early evenings, and occasional nights during peak periods.

Leads fundraising strategy for Enrollment Division priorities, particularly financial aid, access, and affordability initiatives. Builds and manages proposal pipelines, develops compelling donor proposals, and advances gifts from inception through stewardship. Partners with senior enrollment leaders, development fundraisers, donors, and staff to cultivate prospects, secure leadership-level contributions, promote philanthropy, translate complex initiatives into narratives, and administer the Affordability & Access Advisory Council.

Oversees strategic marketing and operational execution for the Sorin Society annual giving program. Responsibilities include planning renewal and recruitment campaigns, managing direct mail, phone, and digital solicitations, segmenting donor audiences, tracking campaign performance, developing stewardship communications, coordinating donor events, and engaging young alumni. The role also conducts personal donor outreach, supports pipeline development, drives gift upgrades and renewals, and manages donor communications across multiple channels.
