Analyzes reimbursement, charges, collections, RVUs, benchmark data, and revenue-cycle performance by clinical department and payer. Prepares monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports, presentations, collection goals, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Supports special projects, charge-entry and collection improvements, report distribution, and coordination with clinical, administrative, and revenue-cycle staff.

Provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, therapy, crisis intervention, bereavement support, advocacy, referrals, education, and care coordination for patients and families. Collaborates with healthcare teams, develops and monitors care plans, connects patients with community and financial resources, maintains clinical documentation, and participates in performance improvement and administrative activities. Must obtain P-LPC licensure within 90 days and LPC licensure within four years of hire.

Examines gynecological and non-gynecological specimens under a microscope to identify cellular abnormalities and disease processes. Prepares and stains samples, evaluates and documents findings, refers atypical or positive cases for further review, maintains accurate records, performs equipment maintenance and verification, and follows laboratory safety, environmental, and infection-control procedures.
