Supervise a centralized team of clinical schedulers, act as QGenda subject-matter expert, train users, develop and maintain master schedules, interpret scheduling policies, triage user questions, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize scheduling processes and reporting.

Provide community- and clinic-based case management for individuals (ages 15-40) with first-episode psychosis. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary NAVIGATE team, identify social service needs, provide short-term counseling and in-vivo skills training, assist with recovery goals, appointment scheduling, referrals, and family education. Attend team meetings, training, and supervision; may perform related NAVIGATE roles as needed.

Provide full-time GI clinical care across community and hospital sites: ~30% clinic, ~70% outpatient endoscopy. Manage inpatient/outpatient/virtual visits, share 1:10 call, collaborate with University of Minnesota GI specialists, develop specialty programs, and use EPIC EMR.
