Coordinates the administration of academic programs, including recruitment, admissions, registration, events, faculty promotion and tenure support, scheduling, records management, reporting, budgeting, and communications. Responds to inquiries, maintains documentation and databases, supports program evaluation, assists with proposals and travel arrangements, and may supervise clerical staff. The role requires coordination with students, faculty, staff, committees, and external resources.

Leads enterprise stakeholder voice and feedback programs, including student, faculty, and course evaluations. Designs qualitative and quantitative research approaches, synthesizes feedback into actionable insights, and develops executive communications, reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Partners with university leaders and cross-functional teams to support evidence-based planning, continuous improvement, governance, and institutional effectiveness. Requires strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, analytical, presentation, and research capabilities.

Administer, configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise, COTS, cloud-based, and vendor-hosted applications. Gather business requirements, document system specifications, coordinate implementations and UAT, support data migration and cutover activities, manage security roles and permissions, and provide Tier III troubleshooting and user training. Collaborate with business owners, vendors, analysts, developers, and testing teams to improve application performance, interoperability, and support processes.
