Develop and teach gross anatomy, histology, embryology, and comparative anatomy within a DVM curriculum. Responsibilities include laboratory instruction, cadaver and specimen management, assessments, curriculum integration, clinical correlations, student mentoring, scholarly activity, committee service, and AVMA COE accreditation support.

Leads the design and continuous improvement of the veterinary school's outcomes-assessment system. Oversees learning-outcomes mapping, competency assessment, data collection, analysis, reporting, accreditation compliance, and curricular improvement. Supports AVMA COE self-study and reporting, establishes progression benchmarks, advises faculty on assessment practices, and translates evidence into recommendations for academic leadership. The role also manages assessment data integrity, contributes to committees and resource planning, and supports educational effectiveness initiatives.

Design and deliver short-term workforce training, workshops, bootcamps, and non-credit professional programs in face-to-face, hybrid, or online formats. Create course content and practical exercises, mentor adult learners, use the LMS and digital tools, and collaborate with academic and industry partners to align curriculum with market and certification standards.
