Leads the university’s Office of Institutional Effectiveness, overseeing accreditation, institutional research, assessment, data governance, external compliance reporting, dashboards, and institutional data analysis. Supervises staff, manages the department budget and operations, supports strategic decision-making, and partners with academic, administrative, and information technology leaders to ensure accurate, well-governed data. The role also coordinates reporting requirements, responds to data requests, and supports university planning and evaluation.

Manage and deliver accessibility and disability services for university students, including documentation review, accommodation approval and implementation, recordkeeping, assistive technology coordination, academic mentoring, outreach, and supervision of a graduate assistant. Collaborate with faculty/staff, arrange accessible materials and services, support events and orientations, and ensure compliance with ADA/Section 504 regulations.
