Coordinates regulatory and safety reporting for multiple clinical research studies. Prepares, submits, tracks, and maintains IRB and ancillary committee documentation, trial master files, regulatory binders, and study credentials. Supports study monitors during visits and audits, updates protocol systems and regulatory records, and collaborates with investigators, study personnel, and sponsors to ensure compliance with federal, state, international, institutional, and clinical research requirements.

Provides evidence-based inpatient care for hospitalized pediatric patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, ongoing management, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Teaches and mentors medical students, residents, fellows, and other learners. Participates in rounds, academic activities, quality improvement initiatives, scholarly work, committees, and professional development while maintaining required certifications and clinical expertise.

Performs institutional finance and student accounting functions, including bank, grant, loan, receivables, and tuition reconciliations. Processes ECSI loan refunds, manages loan holds, supports Perkins and state loan programs, and responds to student billing inquiries. Assists finance leadership with special projects and related requests.
