Provides accounting and administrative support for a pediatrics department, managing purchasing, accounts payable, vendor coordination, travel reimbursements, budget availability, fund accounting, reconciliations, and grant financial reporting. Maintains financial records, processes invoices and purchase orders, ensures compliance with institutional and funding policies, and serves as a central contact for faculty, staff, vendors, and purchasing sources. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Leads the Enterprise Project Management Office, supervising program managers, project managers, and business analysts while overseeing institutional programs and projects. Responsibilities include EPMO strategy, team development, budgeting, governance, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk and scope management, executive reporting, and delivery oversight. The role also directly manages selected cross-functional IT and business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, technical requirements, information security standards, timelines, and budgets.

Leads institutional financial budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis for complex university business areas. Develops planning processes, evaluates funding requests, reviews projections and allocations, supports multi-year planning, and provides reports and recommendations for strategic decision-making. Partners with departments and central finance teams to improve forecasting methodologies, ensure effective use of funds, and support compliance, continuous improvement, and special projects.
