Coordinate and manage technical workstreams for the PBIAA Offshore Wind programme, supporting research and innovation delivery. Manage programme milestones, reporting, risk, and stakeholder engagement across academic, industry and public partners. Prepare technical briefings, reports, meeting papers and decision-support materials to translate specialist activity into place-based impact.

Design, build, test and support secure, maintainable full‑stack features for DMPonline using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. Contribute to backend services, databases/SQL, APIs, integrations, authentication/authorization, exports, and reporting. Use Git workflows, automated testing, CI/CD, Docker, Linux and Nginx. Investigate and resolve defects, incidents and performance issues, participate in code reviews, documentation and cross‑team collaboration with product owners, testers and researchers.

Provide part-time administrative, documentation, monitoring and reporting support for the PBIAA Offshore Wind programme. Maintain trackers, forms, records and evidence files; support progress tracking, routine reporting, desk-based research and mapping; prepare routine reports, summaries and updates; ensure programme information is accurate, accessible and up to date.
